Class Descriptions

At Urban Elements, we offer a wide variety of instruction and class styles. Our core classes are power yoga and indoor spin classes, but we complement these classes with bootcamp, pilates and fusion classes. We are more than happy to answer any questions you have about these classes.

Our 10-day intro offer is a great way to try out all our classes!

Ryde

45 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning on bikes that MOVE. Our RealRyder bikes tilt and turn to mimic a real outdoor ride. They engage your core for stabilization and also incorporate your arms for a full body workout experience. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring sneakers or SPD compatible clips.

Yoga

60 or 75 minutes of vinyasa power yoga in a heated room. We are inspired by the Baptiste methodology. The physical practice connects our minds to our bodies through breath clearing the path for clarity, power, peace, and love.  All fitness levels welcome.

Ryde & Flow

60 or 75 minutes fusion class combining cycling and yoga. First half of the class takes place on the bikes as we transition into the yoga room for the second half of class for a condensed flow. It’s all about the balance. All fitness levels welcome.

$3 up-charge for yoga memberships & passes

Ryde & Rock

60 minute fusion class combining cycling and bodyweight strength training. First half takes place on the bikes as we transition into the yoga room (unheated) for the second half of full body strength training. Yes, we will squat, a lot. All fitness levels welcome.

Sculpt & Flow *BRAND NEW CLASS!

Our NEWEST addition to the class schedule combines weights & power yoga flow for an intense 50 minute class held in our heated yoga room! The class will begin with sun salutation A’s and lead into sun salutation B’s with light weights. We will then incorporate strength training and cardio movements on our mats followed by longer asana holds. We will end stretching and cooling down on our mats to prep for the sweetest of savasanas! Yes, cold lavender towels still included. 

Ryde & Py-Yo

60 minute fusion class combining cycling and pilates flow. First half takes place on the bikes as we transition into the yoga room for the second half of class focusing on core strength and stabilization. Just wait ’til you meet the purple rings. All fitness levels welcome.

Bootcamp

Our newest addition to the schedule! This 60 minute class will keep you guessing each week, mixing it up with dumbbells, body-weight training, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)! All fitness levels welcome.

Private Classes

Schedule your own personal classes for your sports team, a group of friends, your office, a bachelorette party, birthday party etc. We love hosting private groups and customizing programs that best fit the overall goal.
