I love to exercise. It’s one of the healthiest love affairs you can have. It pushes you to be a better version of yourself, gives you the confidence to tackle any obstacle, and also helps to de-stress and rejuvenate. Consistently taking your workout to the next level and putting in hard work pays off in the end. I love pushing my body and doing things I never thought I could do.

April graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Psychology. She obtained her Master’s degree in Wellness and Human Performance with a focus of Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently in the Master’s program at the University of Phoenix for Health Administration. April is a Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). She is an AFAA certified personal trainer and earned her RealRyder Indoor Cycling certification in 2014.
