Certified RealRyder Instructor
After a lifetime of competitive swimming, I struggled to find a workout I not only found effective but also enjoyed. I wanted to maintain a fit, healthy lifestyle like I always had but needed to find new ways to accomplish that goal. Due to a shoulder surgery and several leg injuries, I felt hindered in many of the workouts I did, especially running.
As a student, I loved the adrenaline rush I got during classes trying to reach new limits each time with the passionate motivation of the instructors. I loved leaving every time drenched in sweat, exhausted, and knowing I would be sore the next day. Ryde and yoga provided me intense, fulfilling workouts without the high-impact of many others I had tried. It was the perfect combination of “power and peace” for that healthy lifestyle I was always trying to build upon.
As a instructor, the more classes I taught the more confident I became in my ability to lead and motivate others. While I still feel the butterflies in my stomach before each class I teach, I truly enjoy the opportunity to share my passion with others.
