Certified RealRyder Instructor
I started teaching group fitness classes at Penn State when I was in college and have kept with it ever since, its more than just a side hustle for me.
From cycling and pilates, to muscle conditioning and bootcamps, I have coached a variety of formats over the years. Cycling has always been my favorite to teach because of the intense nature and sensible energy in the room. The Real Ryder bikes are so different from anything I’ve tried, and probably the most challenging, which is why I love them.
Whenever UEC first opened, I participated in their RealRyder certification course and started teaching. It was so much fun to be part of a growing community that thrived on the intensity of indoor cycling balanced by the power and mindfulness of yoga practice.
In 2015, I had to relocate to DC for my job, continuing to teach cycling elsewhere (but no RealRyder bikes in DC). Three years later, I made the move back to Pittsburgh, and immediately reached out to Sharon and Britt. The rest is history! I’m so excited for the opportunity to ryde with you all and experience the amazing energy of the UEC community.
