In 2015, it was time for me to do something to help improve my cardio and general health. After having ACL surgeries in both knees, I was looking for a low impact exercise. A few months after Urban Elements opened, I decided to give the Real Ryder bike a try along with a couple yoga classes; 20 dollars for 10 days. I went 10 days straight and was hooked.
The bikes and yoga helped me get into what is probably the best shape of my life, while losing about 20 pounds I might add.
